Supervision

“The work of liberation is also the work of reflection. We grow by staying with the questions, not rushing toward the answers.”

— Alok Vaid-Menon

Supervision is a space for reflection, exploration, and connection. It’s a chance to think together about what’s coming up in your work and what you might need in order to feel resourced and supported. Whether you're bringing something specific or simply want space to check in with yourself and your practice, we’ll shape our time around what works for you.

I offer supervision to trainee and qualified therapists, including those working with GSRD, kink, neurodivergence, and compulsive sexual behaviours. I’m registered with BACP and COSRT, and hold advanced accreditation with Pink Therapy. I also have experience supervising therapists working in community and organisational settings.

My approach is collaborative, curious, and grounded in care. You don’t need to have it all worked out or arrive with the ‘right’ thing to talk about. Supervision can be a place to bring your questions, your uncertainty, your celebrations, and anything in between. I’ll hold the space gently and without judgement, supporting you to explore what feels most alive in your work and how you’re showing up within it.

I know that for some neurodivergent and queer therapists, supervision hasn’t always felt accessible or supportive. I want this space to feel different. We can work in ways that suit how you process and relate, without needing to mask or explain yourself. The supervision relationship itself can be a place of affirmation, trust, and ease.

Supervision is available online or in person. I offer one-to-one sessions on a sliding scale while I complete my formal qualification (expected June), and you’re welcome to come regularly, occasionally, or for a one-off session. I also offer group supervision, with fees depending on group size. If you’d like to explore working together, you’re very welcome to get in touch.
